Rebekah is a proud graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she served on the New Mexico Law Review and received the Clinical Honors Award for work with the Business and Tax Clinic. Following graduation, she clerked for the New Mexico Supreme Court before entering private practice in 2015. Rebekah currently practices in the areas of criminal law, general civil litigation, personal injury, employment litigation, and appellate law.

Rebekah assists clients with a wide range of matters including pre-litigation issues, internal investigations, litigation, and full briefing and oral arguments before the Federal Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the New Mexico Supreme Court, and the New Mexico Court of Appeals. She has also served as an adjunct faculty member for the University of New Mexico’s Law School Lab course for first-year law students.

In 2022 Rebekah received the University of New Mexico School of Law Alumni Promise Award, which honors a recent graduate who has contributed innovative or substantial service to the law school, its students, or its community. In 2023, Rebekah was honored with the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Top Lawyers Under 40 Award, which recognizes exceptionally accomplished lawyers who have demonstrated professional excellence, integrity, leadership, commitment to the Hispanic community, and dedication to improving the legal profession. New Mexico Attorney Selected for The Appellate Lawyers, which selects an attorney from each state based on the results of peer nominations, in-depth research, awards and client feedback.
